With my passion to a healthy life style and knowledge in nutrition I would like to assist you in any possible way on achieving your personal goal.
Let’s find your true motivation: be it fitting in your most favorite old jeans; have a better cardio to run a 10K or play with high energy kids; feel more attractive and like your reflection in the mirror; prep for a beach trip; or feel healthier and lower cholesterol.
With proven by science technics and simple math I will guide you through a creative way of cooking. I promise to make it as fun as possible and leave some room for treats. But main focus would be on educating you about nutrition basics and relying on your discipline to maintain newly created lifestyle.
